My dog has a weird spot on his nose getting worse. Vet visit?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | 5 years and 8 months old | 65 lbs

Hey, this morning my dog got something besides his nose and its been getting worst since I was wondering what I have to do Or do I bring him to the vet??

I would have that checked out by a vet. This lesion is concerning for certain fungal and parasitic lesions that can get much worse if left too long. I also worry about skin cancer in white-faced dogs, so it will be good to have this ruled-out as a potential cause.

No need to panic, just get it checked out in a day or two. For now, you can keep the wound clean by blotting it with a cloth soaked in warm water. Do this twice a day and avoid scrubbing.

    I would not be concerned with this at the moment, it is likely due to a small scratch. Continue to monitor for any spreading however which may indicate an underlying cause such as fungal infection or generalized skin disease
