My lurcher has lots of small bumps on his skin, mainly on his legs and feet but one on his face and a couple down his back, he doesn't seem to be itchy but has been taking piriton because he's had a couple tick bites recently too so that might be relieving any itching that they may be causing. One looks definitely different to the rest as is red, not pale, and has been there longer (not sure what that is either) and I guess some may just be bites.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This could be a benign or malignant growth. While this may be related to the itchiness and inflammation, this can also be an isolated issue. This is often differentiated by a test called a fine needle aspirate (FNA) which is a pain free, inexpensive and easy procedure which in most cases will help reach a diagnosis. Sometimes a biopsy is needed for a definitive diagnosis. I recommend that you have her evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. I am really hoping for something benign. Good luck and have a good day!
