My dog's neck wound drain is bleeding. Is this normal after an attack?

It looks like a penrose drain was placed these drains usually stay in 3-5 days. It is normal to see a blood discharge or seriosangenous fluid like it see in the picture. I would monitor the wound for drainage. It should be decreasing each day. If at anytime the patient is lethargic or not eating/drinking I would take him back to the vet to have it checked.

Some drainage after drain removal is often expected as the volume is increasing I recommend you get her rechecked at your vets office in the morning, it may be necessary to replace the drain until the wound has further healed. It is positive that the fluid is not foul smelling and pinkish-brown indicates no current, active bleeding so unless anything changes waiting for regular office hours would be appropriate

I’m not sure what type of surgery was done, or what types of tubes are left. This makes it hard to answer as well as I would like. However, anytime my clients have ANY concern about a healing surgical patient, then I want to see them and evaluated the incision. If your doctor says it fine then great! It is normal for there to be continue drainage but it should start decreasing within the next 12 to 24 hours. If it does not, or there is an odor, it becomes thick or appears anything but blood then it could indicate further issues and she needs to be taken back to the veterinarian. I would scrub the area but instead use a very moist washcloth and rubbing the area gently with a very small amount of a mild soap. If Clarabell has increasing pain, redness, swelling or seems weak/lethargic than she needs to be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible.

Poor guy. Bite wounds often are left open in small areas to allow the infection to drain out before it then heals over by 2nd intention healing. I would only suggest covering this with a loose t-shirt for now. As long as there are no signs of infection (yellow or purulent discharge with a foul odor) and no large gaping openings (typically >2 cm), then it should be ok to wait until Monday to get him checked again by your vet. Based on the picture I don't see any majorly open wounds there. You can safely flush this area with sterile saline from your local pharmacy to help keep infection at bay since the wounds are slightly open. But again, dog bite woulds can be left often for the first few days to allow draining to occur before things heal up on their own with granulation tissue that the body will make itself. The wound looks dry and not swollen. A small amount of discharge (not pus) even clear blood, would be normal. If your dog is otherwise normal, eating and drinking ok and normal activity level and not painful, I would just monitor her at this stage and make sure she does not lick the wound and rest her as much as possible. A buster collar would be helpful in case of any licking.

Unfortunately i cannot see the picture of it, which would be ideal to give you a specific answer, but I can guess that is a small herniation of muscle/subcutaneous tissue coming through surgical incision (which i guess is healed now) or the result of a chronic inflammation (possibly due to licking the area). In both cases a check up would be required to confirm clinical suspicons and treat appropriately.
