Is my dog's nausea & lethargy normal after Clavamox for kennel cough?

I would rest her tonight, keep her in a well humidified area, and use a harness instead of a collar when you take her out to potty to minimize coughing. You can also try bringing her into the bathroom with you when you shower as the steam may help with her congestion. Try gently warming up really smelly wet food to tempt her to eat. Dogs won't eat if they can't smell their food, so gently warming it may entice her to eat. I would have her seen by a vet again in the morning since her symptoms have become more severe. This very well maybe a side effect is the antibiotic. If he is still eating and drinking and there is no blood in the stool, you can add a canine pro biotic to his food to see if that helps. You can also try boiled chicken and rice as a diet. If it get worse and he stops eating I would stop the medication until you can get him seen.

It is most definitely bordetella. They can still get the disease even if vaccinated. It is kind of like our flu vaccine - you can still get the disease but usually the course of disease is shorter and the symptoms are more mild. Bordetella can progress into a pneumonia which is why we often treat dogs with antibiotics. If Gracie is still not well she needs to see a vet.
