My female dog is making milk but isn't pregnant. Should I worry?

Hello, sorry to hear about Bella. She could be having these bumps from food or environmental skin allergies that could be associated with the current season. The milk is likely a sign from a false pregnancy and she should likely be spayed. If Bella has been licking or scratching her feet or ears recently, this would be most consistent with allergies. If Maggie produces milk and her mammary glands are getting bigger she is either pregnant or has a false pregnancy. If her belly is big as well, then she is likely pregnant and will have her puppies soon. I suggest you take her to your vet for a pregnancy exam. If she has a falsse pregnancy your vet can stop that with a hormone injection.
