My dog has lymphoma. Why are his eyes turning orange or yellow?

Pet's info: Dog | Weimaraner | Male | neutered | 105 lbs

Hello my dog has lympnoma he s rapidly declined over the weekend. I noticed his eye color has changed from green to almost like orange, I'm taking him into vet tomorrow as it seems to be the end for him, I would like to know why his eyes are like that

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It may be due to icterus or jaundice which is more like a yellowish tinge. That can be seen in patients with advanced lymphoma in the liver. If he is rapidly declining it may be best to have him seen today by your local emergency clinic to try to prevent suffering.
