I am concerned with her health based on your description. She could have some serious systemic disease (kidney failure, liver failure, cancer, etc.), heart disease, serious infection, etc. I would strongly recommend having her seen by a veterinarian and have her blood tested to help better determine what the problem could be. I am sorry you are going through this and I sure hope Ivy gets better soon. She may need to be hospitalized depending on what the problem is. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. It sounds like Ginny definitely has some GI distress going on if she is very lethargic, vomiting, and not eating. I would schedule a vet visit to have her examined if it continues, and if she seems in severe distress, has a very painful abdomen, or looks bloated, bring her in ASAP or to a local ER clinic. Various causes, such as general GI upset, obstructions, parasites, illness, pancreatitis, etc can all cause similar symptoms to this, so an exam to find the cause is best.

I am sorry to hear Violet is not doing well. I would recommend you take Violet to your vet for a checkup at this point. She has some concerning symptoms and would benefit from a thorough physical exam. Your vet may also recommend X-rays and bloodwork depending on what they find.
