Why is my dog weak, vomiting, has a hard stomach, and sleeps a lot?

It sounds like Ginny definitely has some GI distress going on if she is very lethargic, vomiting, and not eating. I would schedule a vet visit to have her examined if it continues, and if she seems in severe distress, has a very painful abdomen, or looks bloated, bring her in ASAP or to a local ER clinic. Various causes, such as general GI upset, obstructions, parasites, illness, pancreatitis, etc can all cause similar symptoms to this, so an exam to find the cause is best.

It sounds as Fify is suffering from a serious gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need to have an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

Poor girl. Vomiting more than 1-2 times and lethargy are major concerns for an internal illness such as kidney disease, liver disease, pancreatitis or even a viral infection. It is imperative that you take Baby to your local vet for diagnostic testing to determine what her internal illness is so that we know how to best help her. Anything you give her by mouth will likely be vomited back up, so I would not recommend offering her anything but water and getting her to a vet asap. I am so sorry to hear about Shiva. It sounds like she needs to get to the vet right away with tehse symptoms. In an unspayed dog who is acting ill like this we always worry about an infection of the uterus called a pyometra https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=4951481 . In any dog with a bloated belly and lethargy we also worry about things like a tumor that is bleeding, fluid in the belly due to heart or liver disease. All of these things require immediate veterinary care, so I would get Shiva to the vet today, the emergency vet if your vet is closed.

These signs are very vague and common to many illnesses, injuries and infections. I recommend a vet check as soon as possible, in the meantime try to maintain hydration with fresh water, pedialyte, boiled chicken and fresh broth

I am sorry to hear that Holiday isn’t doing well. There can be many different problems that can cause the symptoms you are describing. Intestinal obstruction, Addison’s disease, kidney disease and cancer among many others. I would highly encourage you to have Holiday evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. Ivy is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe she is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if she doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with her.
