Why is my dog limping or not moving after a vet injection?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | 2 months and 16 days old | 15 lbs

My Doctor is give the injection of fevar on his back lag and after gating injection he is not moving properly I'm so scared about him what is happen to him my dog is Rottweiler

Maybe the injection has hit a nerve, it can happen sometimes, in such a case your dog might have severe pain in that leg for several days but it will eventually go back to normal. of course he might show this symptoms due to the disease he is treated from as well.
