Why is my dog licking her genitals and humping? Is it a UTI or heat?

I would have Chu Chu evaluated by your vet. They symptoms you describe could be indicative of a UTI even with no discharge, bladder stones, or an infection in her uterus called a pyometra, which can be serious. Your vet may want to check a urine sample or take x-rays to determine what's going on.

Bo is likely licking 'down there' either do to a urinary tract infection or allergies which can lead to a skin infection. I would recommend to take her in for urine testing and see what the doctor thinks. Medications will be prescribed to clear up whichever condition is causing the licking.

A UTI is usually treated with a course of antibiotics, and a uterine infection is usually treated by surgery, ie the pus-filled uterus and ovaries are removed and your dog will also be prescribed pain medicine and antibiotics.
