Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed
I have a 1 year old female German Shepherd and she has been acting very lethargic these past days... She's always playful, running, and barking, but one morning, she was looking sick and didn't want to eat. She wasn't as energetic as before... She doesn't want to eat food and only drinks some water. She hasn't eaten for 3 days. My dad said he gave her some of our food that had cheese, and he didn't know cheese was bad for them... But I'm still worried about my dog. She keeps on throwing up bile

Milk will likely aggravate whatever gastrointestinal condition your dog is suffering from. You should feed your dog bland food such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to his regular food slowly over a few days. If this does not clear up the problem or if your dog deteriorates or if he gets lethargic, he needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection going on.
