Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 12 years and 11 months old | 6 lbs
Had my 6 lb Yorkie at vets this morning for vomiting.He was given Injection of 10 mg /mi per mi also Fluids Subcutaneous.Told not to given fluids for 4 hrs . He now wants to drink excessively and is lethargic. What should I do next?

I recommend you contact your vets office as soon as possible to discuss the changes you describe. I would not withold fluids if he wants to drink but offer small amounts of room temperature fresh water and also pedialyte - large volume of fluids can initiate vomiting on an empty stomach! The initial diagnosis as to the underlying cause and the actual drug given would be helpful if you have further queries feel free to repost
