My dog has inflamed tissue. Is it serious and should I see a vet?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This looks like a severely inflamed tissue and it is in fact a reason to be concerned. I recommend that you have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check on what may be going on so that therapy can be used accordingly.
