My puppy in heat isn't eating. Is this normal or should I worry?

my puppy is nearing the end of her first season for for the past 2 days she is refusing to eat her food and it's getting worrying now please help

She may have a uterine or vaginal infection that is making her feel bad or this maybe unrelated to the cycle. a decrease in appetite can be from eating something she should not have or an infection. You can try boiled chicken and rice and if no luck then I would have her seen by a vet since it has been 2 days and I would worry about her getting dehydrated
