My dog can't move, is in pain, not eating, and not peeing. Why?

It sounds like Daisy has a severe urinary tract infection, This is very painful and is very likely the reason why Daisy is not eating, Please take her to your veterinarian today for an exam and a urinalysis. She will need antibiotics (likely) and pain medicine. She may also be dehydrated.

I'm not sure how old Daisy is, but she could be suffering from arthritis, may have degenerative joint disease, or could have injured herself. It is concerning that she is having trouble walking, and that indicates she could be in a lot of pain. Given those symptoms, I feel it's best to have her seen by a vet today. The vet can diagnose what is causing her trouble walking, and can treat it while also giving her some pain medications. Please do not give Daisy any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given.

Small breed dogs can be prone to neck and/or back pain which can be excruciating to them. These dogs will commonly cry when picked up. The veterinarian will examine her and try to determine the source of her pain. She may also need bloodwork and possibly x-rays. From there, treatment can be started. Poor Bella! This is a situation where you should absolutely have your pet seen by a veterinarian. They can do a physical exam to determine where and why she is painful, also blood work and x-rays could also be done. This sounds very concerning and you should take her to a Pet ER tonight. She could have a severe infection or could have swallowed a toy and now has an intestinal obstruction. This is an emergency. The vet will need to take radiographs and if it is an obstruction Daisy will likely need surgery. Please take her to the PetER now.

Aww, I’m sorry to hear about Daisy! I see this commonly with either pain or anxiety. These little guys can easily injure their backs and legs which can cause changes in behavior and the way they stand- as well as shaking. You may also notice Daisy avoiding the dog door or refusing to jump on beds/couches as she normally does. I recommend taking her in for a good physical exam to see if this might be the case.
