While a high bilirubin can be a sign of liver disease it can also be normal for dogs to have a few bilirubin crystals in the urine. Since Sugar's results show a large amount of bilirubin it would be safest to have her examined in person by your vet. Blood tests are much more accurate than the urine test, so your vet might recommend checking some blood work.
