My 9-month-old dog has a hernia and won't eat. Is it the hernia?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 18 days old | 18 lbs

My sh itzu cross bichon 9 month old dog had a small hernia ..it hasn't got any bigger .but she has all of a sudden gone off her food could it be that

It could be that, hernias can cause intestinal blockage, i would recommend taking her to the vet in order to get it checked ASAP. even if this isn't the hernia, it will need to be repaired surgically sooner rather than later.
