My dog bit his back from fleas, green wound. Is it infected?

Hi, my dog has got a flea although we haven't been able to find the main one just the eggs, he has been biting his back and now has a wound and it has turned green, does he have an infection?

If the wound has turned green than he could have an infection. Have your vet take a look at him to determine if he needs an antibiotic to treat. Make sure to use a monthly flea prevention, like NexGard, Frontline, Revolution, Advantage, etc.
