I would not recommend any over the counter medication to reduce a fever. Usually a fever secondary to vaccines resolves within 24 hours and does not require treatment. If the fever continues or you notice vomiting, diarrhea or swelling around Murphy's face and eyes I would recommend seeing a veterinarian.

Also since it has now been 2 days and she is less energetic. Coco may have an upper respiratory infection from a viral or bacterial infection, or kennel cough, or pneumonia or the flu. The Vet, after their exam, may recommend chest X-rays and likely will prescribe antibiotics. I hope this helps and I hope Coco is back to her cute Pug self soon!

Paracetamol can be toxic to dogs and should never be given. O2 is a combination medication and i would not recommend using it without knowing what Pogo is suffering from, you should take him to the vet to get diagnosed properly as giving medications randomly is likely to cause more harm than good.

A high fever and lethargy should be addressed by your veterinarian. In a puppy this young they will want to rule out disease processes such as the Parvovirus, and will likely want to obtain some blood work. While it could be a simple cold, typically these do not cause high fevers. Antibiotic therapy may be required if there is an infection.

Poor Gunner! If his nose is stuffed up and he isn't feeling well, there are a few things you can try to make him feel better. First, you can try bringing him into the bathroom with you with the door closed while you take a hot shower - the steam and moisture often help to relieve nasal congestion. If he isn't eating and drinking well, you can also offer some low-sodium chicken or beef broth to encourage him to stay hydrated. A mild respiratory infection should resolve on its own within 7-14 days. If the problem goes on longer than this, or if he stops eating completely or becomes very lethargic, then there may not be any option except to take him to the vet since he may need prescription medication and supportive care such as IV fluids to help fight the infection.

If the discharge is clear then give it a few days to see if it resolves on its own, because it is possible this is just allergic rhinitis. If the clear draingae is severe, then you can also call your vet to see if they can recommend antihistamines for Panda to try. However if the discharge is any other color, then it's best to take Panda in to your vet for treatment because an infection is likely present, requiring the use of antibiotics to clear things up.
