Why is my dog drooling excessively with gas, even after vet check?

This could be from his being nausea after eating what he wasn't suppose to. He could have eating something else that you didn't see him eat. Is there any way he could have gotten a hold of a frog/lizard even for a brief moment? These can cause excessive drooling. There are other toxins that can cause that as well. I would have your vet take a look at him as soon as possible just in case this was some type of weird toxin. If a toxin goes left untreated, it could progress and get worse and be much harder to treat. I hope this helps and hopefully it is just him being nauseous.

If Vinny could have eaten anything such as medications, household cleaners, plants, toys, food scraps, or garbage, please have him seen by a vet right away, and let your vet know about it to help them determine if there could be toxicity. If no medical cause is noted, it could be stress/excitement induced, and I recommend working with a trainer who uses positive reinforcement techniques to help manage Vinny's stress and help him feel comfortable around other dogs.

Drooling can be a sign of nausea which can be caused by many conditions primarily gastrointestinal in nature such gastroenteritis and gastrointestinal foreign body ingestion and obstruction or other conditions such as pancreatitis or kidney disease. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Likely diagnostics to be performed include abdominal imaging and general bloodwork. Bloat (also known as Gastric Dilatation and Volvulus or GDV) is a life-threatening condition where the stomach twists and distends with gas. Bloat can occur in any dog, although large deep - chested dogs tend to be affected by it more frequently. A distended abdomen, retching/looking like she is trying to vomit without production of vomit, salivation, pale gums, and labored breathing can be signs of bloat, and if you notice these signs you should rush Rosie to the vet immediately, as it is a medical emergency and can be deadly. It’s difficult to tell from the picture, but if the photo of her abdomen indicates she is more bloated-looking than usual, that could be a cause for concern. Please have Rosie seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible to allow for diagnosis and treatment. Either sh chewed/ingested something that is causing this reaction in her mouth or she may be experiencing severe nausea. give it a couple hours to calm down, if it doesn't get any better by then- take her to your vet to get it checked and treated.

Drooling and dry heaving are both signs of nausea in dogs. It sounds as Ace is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti nausea injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

Please take Brutus to an emergency vet or veterinarian right away, if you have not done so in the meantime, as these could also be signs of bloat (GDV). This would be a life-threatening emergency. An ear infection does not cause such severe signs. Panting points to pain, drooling points to a gastrointestinal problem, and considering it is a large dog. a GDV is not unlikely.
