Hello, any severe lethargy, persistent vomiting, bloody diarrhea, labored breathing, collapsing episodes, pale mucus membranes, being non-responsive, seizure activity lasting longer than 3 minutes or having frequent seizing may all constitute for immediate medical attention. Any toxin ingestion also constitutes for immediate veterinary care. Hope this helps and best of luck.
