Dog keeps rubbing ear now he is very wobbly and has fallen over a couple of times

Poor guy. He may have an inner ear infection that is causing some vestibular disease symptoms (falling over, head tilt, nausea). He need to be examined by your local vet soon to properly diagnose this and get him on treatment. He likely will need topical ear flush, anti-nausea medication and potentially oral antibiotics. I hope Sonny is able to get back to his normal self soon. Best wishes at the vet.
