Hello, I noticed that the inside of his ears is really read and doesn't smell good, I avoid water xonxyact with ears every time he takes a bath. Is there something I should worried about or a way to clean the ears at home? I noticed that he is constantly scratching his ears

How naughty of Mike to not let you clean his ears. I would suggest placing a muzzle in him to help facilitate his ear cleanings. Even if he isn't trying to nip at you, because the muzzle uses pressure points to release endorphins to make pets more tolerant. If this doesn't work then ask your local vet for help. We don't mind taking in pets to clean their ears. Your vet also may be able to prescribe a mild sedative for Mike to calm him down a little, so that he doesn't get so stressed out. Best of luck!
