My 16-year-old Pomeranian's ear lump shrunk. Is it still cancer?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | spayed | 10 lbs

my pom is 16 yrs old she had ear infection then big lump got bigger and vet said it looked like cancer...Im giving her pain meds cause vet said she was prob uncomfortble....her blood test trned out great...but not test for cancer of ear. since then it has got smaller does that mean it prob. isnt cancer?

No, unfortunately it doesn't mean the the lump isn't cancer. The only way to rule out cancer is to take a sample of the cells of the tumor either with a fine needle aspirate or biopsy, and examine those cells under a microscope. These tests will help rule in or rule out cancer. I would speak to your vet tomorrow about doing these tests on Chalkachon's lump.
