Is dry food bad if wheat, corn, or rice are first ingredients?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 27 days old | 59 lbs

If i found wheat corn and rice cereals in the ingredients of the dry food this is a sign that the dry food is a bad dry food? Found this ingredients as a first ingredient•

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is not necessarily indicative of a bad diet though preferably you would like to see a primary protein product or carbohydrate like chicken and rice for instance. Good luck!

    Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! These are not necessarily bad ingredients. It is more about how they are incorporated in the diet meaning that they should only be a portion of the diet while it also contains other ingredients like the main protein like chicken or lamb for instance. These are very common ingredients that play a minor role in most dry diets. Good luck!
