That looks more like a really inflamed “hot spot” to me. Put an ecollar on him so he can’t lick at it, and take him to your vet. He may need oral antibiotics and a prescription topical treatment. It's difficult to tell from your pictures what this is, but it does appear that it may be infected. Even if she can't reach it to lick or chew, if it is itchy or painful she may be scratching it with a foot or even rubbing on the ground or furniture to scratch it. I would recommend a vet visit to assess the spot and determine what it may be. If it is getting larger it could be a mass or growth, or infection/hotspot that requires antibiotics. The vet may clip away the hair from the lesion and possibly do a cytology to find out what type of cells or infection are present. From there appropriate treatment can be determined.

Poor BoyBoye! This looks like a pretty severe hotspot but of course, without looking at it in person it is difficult to say exactly what it is. Since it is getting worse rapidly, I would strongly recommend to have your vet take a look at it soon. He may need some oral antibiotics or even steroids to help it heal. It does not have the appearance of ringworm or a hot spot. Ideally, Snickers should be examined by your veterinarian. If it is a mass or tumor, a fine needle aspirate can be done to collect samples for pathology. An impression smear can also be made and examined under a microscope in the clinic. If Snickers is licking or chewing at it, place an e-collar (cone) on her until she sees the vet. At the very least, she may need antibiotics since the skin is broken which predisposes her to infection.
