Is 30% of my dog's diet too many treats and table scraps?

No more than 10% of the dog's total daily calories should come from treats. Those two biscuits equal around 7% perfect of her daily calories, which is perfect! It's fine that 15% of her diet is the supplements, treats, and chews, keep up the good work!

This is typically a large source of calories for a small breed dog compared to what it would be for a human. You do not want treats to compromise more than 10% of the calories for the day. I would say more along the lines of 1-2%. Treats should only be given occasionally, as too many treats leads to obesity. Obesity predisposes pets to many health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, and joint problems.

Theoretically, it won't hurt her but you are increasing caloric intake. If the increased intake is not burned off, weight gain may occur. I think adding vegetables is a good idea. Perhaps you could decrease the amount of treats to account for the addition of the vegetables which would probably be better for her.

Think of it this way - treats are like cookies - they taste good and may have some nutritional value, but overall are empty calories. Dog treats are similar. You can use smaller treats, or training treats to be able to give her a treat more frequently, but no more than 10% (or less) of her diet needs to be treats. If you are adding 1/2 cup of food to her diet then that counts towards her diet. Treats should only be less than 10% of the dogs diet b/c they are generally higher in calories. 30% is excessive and there is no added benefit to that level. If she is a high energy dog then a higher fat content is better to maintain weight if that is an issue. 20-25% is most commonly found in adult maintenance foods.
