My dog has diarrhea, yellow pee, and won't eat. What's wrong?

my dog is having diarrhoea,yellow colouration of urine and lost of appetite.how to treat him?

Urine could be more concentrated than normal (given the inappetence and the diarrhoea causing mild dehydration).
The approach must be logic, starting from offering different kind of food (a bland diet would be best- boiled chicken and rice). A check up is needed if inappetence last for more than 24hours. If that was the case urine analysis could

Without a full clinical exam it would be impossible for your vets, or us, to guess what may be causing the symptoms. Urine discolouration can occur for many reasons - increased concentration due to dehydration, some toxins and foods, breakdown of blood or muscle products and liver disease are all possible causes. IF signs persist or Midnight develops any additional symptoms, especially changes to thirst or appetite, vomiting or weight loss I would recommend urgent examination and blood work under sedation to determine the underlying cause and guide ongoing treatment, In the meantime try to encourage fluid intake with moist/wet food to help with urine dilution

Hello. The color of urine can vary throughout the day, based on how much fluids have been consumed, how long the urine was held before urinating, even based on possible dyes in food, medications & treats. I would not be too concerned unless the urine takes on a brownish, or bloody tinge, or if Romeo seems to be drinking excessive amounts of water. Any concerns, your veterinarian can collect & analyze a urine sample ( but please stay away from the urine tests you can buy in pet stores, they are worthless ).
