I would highly recommend getting her seen by your vet asap for a pancreatitis test and bloodwork to get an overall health assessment so that we know what medication she needs specifically to get her feeling better. When pets are ill, it is almost impossible to force them to eat, especially if they are nauseous, so it's imperative to get her seen right away. If you are not able to get her in today, then you can offer her some boiled plain chicken and rice or cottage cheese, but it is best to get her seen quickly so that her condition doesn't get any worse. It sounds as Marsha is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti nausea injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

Dark poo could be a sign of bleeding from the GI system, that can happen with a severe infection, a foreign body ingestion or a stomach ulceration. you must take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated.

I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours.
