Dog diarrhea after muddy water: what to feed & do before test?

It could be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have intestinal worms. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps her. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, she starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away. You should put her on a bland diet (lean, cooked meat with some rice or pasta) for a few days. If she continues to pass diarrhea over the weekend, or if she becomes lethargic or starts to vomit, you should take her to your local vets or call your emergency service.

You can start Duke on a bland diet mainly composed of boiled chicken and white rice for a few days which may help soothe his gastrointestinal tract. Otherwise, this is very likely going to resolve.
