My pup licked Animax off a wound this morning (6am) his stool was fairly soft this afternoon (4 pm) and he has woke up crying 2x to go outside with complete liquid diarrhea. (11:00pm and 12:30 am) I had him try to eat some food since his last time outside and drink water, at what point should I be concerned enough with his diarrhea to take him to er vet.

Diarrhea can be caused by bacterial or viral infection, intestinal parasites, dietary indiscretions, overeating or even food allergies. Ideally, Chichi should be physically examined by your veterinarian to diagnose the underlying cause. A stool sample can be submitted to diagnose intestinal parasites or bacterial overgrowth.
If Chichi is behaving normally otherwise, you can try withholding food for 24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts. Begin with 1 tablespoon of food every hour and gradually increase the amount. Feed bland until the stool is normal then transition slowly to the regular diet. Symptoms that should be addressed by your veterinarian include lethargy, vomiting, persistent diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain.
