Dog delivered a dead puppy late. Is my mother dog healthy after birth?

I recommend a vet visit to make sure that she doesn't have any retained placentas or another dead pup inside. Both these conditions can set her up for life-threatening infection. If she is eating and drinking normally, and does not have a high temperature, she is likely ok.

I'm so sorry you have lost some of Tanina's puppies. A dark green discharge can be seen for a couple days after delivery of a litter of puppies normally. My greatest concern is that she may still have some puppies in her uterus and ultimately this could cause a serious infection for Tanina. Since she is otherwise acting very normally, you may safely monitor her until your regular veterinarian can see her tomorrow. An x-ray can be taken very quickly to check for evidence of any remaining puppies in the uterus. If she starts showing signs of straining to pass another puppy, starts vomiting or acting very anxious or unusual, have her examined by a veterinarian right away.

If you have not had a veterinarian take x-rays to determine how many puppies are left you should take her to your veterinarian or an emergency hospital to make sure all puppies are out. She could still be in labor. Low calcium would be another possibility. This could also be a behavioral change. That's extremely unlikely. A placenta should be delivered for each individual puppy, so the sac and placentas should all have been delivered. It can be difficult to count unless you are closely monitoring during delivery, as she will eat some of the placentas. Once the puppies stop nursing, the milk production will stop and the mammary gland will slowly decrease in size. The fact that all the puppies died might indicate the mother is not in good health, I would recommend taking her to the vet nd get her checked, I would also recommend having her spayed in a couple months from now.
