My dog currently goes to daycare 3 days a week and is left alone at home for 7 hours one day and 9 hours the other day he isn't at Day care. The days he is home alone he gets an hour walk and a trip to the dog park before we leave. Also each day after work we do another walk with him and some training at times (and play of course). Is my dog getting enough stimulation ? Is this a good schedule for a dog to be happy?

You are a wonderful pet parent! It sounds like he is getting a lot of daily exercise, which is very important. Every pet is different, so it is definitely hard to judge what Brody needs because I am not with him every day. My dogs would love to have that amount of stimulation everyday, but they would also be happy if we laid on the couch watching Netflix all day. As long as Brody isn't tearing up your house when you are gone and enjoys seeing you when you get home, it sounds like he is a happy pup!
