My dog is crying in pain after a vet's pain shot. Is this normal?

Is it normal for my dog to be in more pain in left front leg after pain injection from vet she's crying in pain and don't know how to help

No, I would not expect her to be in more pain after an injection for pain. Call the vet who saw her today and give him/her an update. If she didn't have an xray of her leg than she probably should. She may also need additional pain medications if the injection did not help.
