My dog is coughing, sneezing, not eating after travel. What's wrong?

She will need to see a veterinarian. It is ideal for her to be seen today as she is not eating and drinking. Given this, it will be easy for her to become dehydrated. Hopefully she just has an upper respiratory tract infection and needs an antibiotic and possibly some fluids if she is dehydrated. Dogs can develop pneumonia though and this would be more serious. The vet can diagnose if she is suffering from a respiratory infection and can prescribe medication to treat it. This is likely just from stress and allergies but could the beginning stages of an upper respiratory infection. I would start with some benadryl twice a day. See link below. If he isn't improving or gets worse, I would have your vet take a look at him to make sure he doesn't need any antibiotics. Keep a close eye on him since he is so young and small. If you notice him worsening, the discharge changing color, fever, or changes in behavior or appetite, that's a sign that he needs to be seen sooner. Until then, keeping his eyes and nose clear with a clean washcloth can help keep him comfortable and prevent any debris from getting stuck and crusting his nostrils or eyes shut. Keeping him eating and drinking and in an area free of dust and dander can also help.

Poor girl. The only thing you can do in the meantime is to try and unclog her airway. You can do so by using a humidifier or placing her in the bathroom with the hot shower running for 5-10 minutes once or twice a day. You can also use a pediatric syringe to help remove any mucous plugs. However, it sounds like her infection is quite severe, so I would look into taking her to another vet who can get her in sooner. Young puppies do have a tendency to develop pneumonia quickly after a prolonged upper respiratory infection that is left untreated, so its best to get her seen right away.
