He has heavy constant breathing, keeps collapsing where his limbs go week and he urinates. He also wont eat, is very weak and has a high fever. Our local vet first said a chest infection, did 2 ultrasounds a blood test then antibiotics. Then said a heart problem, gave medicine. Now saying hehas epilepsy- he didnt pass out as much on Cardisure and Frudedale. Whats the problem, why can't the Vets make a diagnosis. Please help, im scared he's dying and doesn't have lonh

This sounds very serious. I recommend an exam with another veterinarian if you are unable to get a diagnosis and effective treatment. Murphy may need hospitalization until his condition improves. I agree this could become life threatening so I would bring him to a specialist for a second opinion soon. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Murphy.
