Why did my dog collapse, shake, and become lethargic after vomiting?

Yes, I would be worried about Fjola. She sounds very ill, and I see that she isn't spayed. Unspayed dogs can be prone to developing a pyometra, which is an infection of the uterus. A pyometra can cause the dog to have the signs you are seeing, and it is fatal without treatment. I would take her into a vet immediately to get checked out to be safe. Best of luck.

Poor Chloe! It sounds like she had a seizure or possibly a syncope (fainting) from a heart problem. She should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can do an examination, run lab-work, and x-rays, if needed, to diagnose and then determine if any treatment is needed. If another episode happens, try to record so your vet can see exactly what happens during an episode.

What you are describing sounds like it may be seizure. This can happen at any age from getting into something or having a change in their nervous system or brain. At her age, it is safest to have her checked by a vet to make sure there are metabolic reasons this was started. If it is a seizure then there is medicine they can start to help prevent further ones and control it

It’s possible she had a seizure. If she does not steadily return to normal over the next few hours, it would be best to have her checked by your vet in the morning. Routine screeening bloodwork can help determine if a liver or kidney issue could be the cause of the seizure. Medical treatment for seizures is usually not started unless the pet has multiple seizures in one month, repeated seizures or a grand mal seizure lasting more than several minutes. Seizures generally have a pre-ictal phase where the pet is anxious and may vomit, the ictal phase during which paddling/convulsions are seen, and the post-ictal phase where the pet is disoriented and often wobbly. Going stiff in the back legs is not expected and is very concerning. I recommend to have her seen by her veterinarian today. I'm wondering if Jax may have had a vasovagal episode after vomiting. This is a reflex that sometimes occurs after vomiting and results in a low heart rate and low blood pressure, and sometimes even collapse. While it is not necessarily a sign of something more serious if the vomiting continues or another episode occurs I would recommend seeing your veterinarian so they can make sure something more serious isn't going on - low blood sugar, ingestion of a toxin, or even liver disease could also cause similar symptoms.

There are any number of medical reasons that might explain this, but the most likely would be a seizure (not all are classic grand mal), or a heart issue.
