Can I give my dog CBD oil with Galliprant and Cefpoxime safely?

So I cannot say if it is safe to give Canyon the CBD oil along with his pain medications. Because of that, I do not recommend it.

These medications can certainly be given on the same day. No concerns for drug interactions here whatsoever. Please also continue to monitor for any signs of GI upset however from the medications themselves, which includes vomiting, diarrhea or decreased appetite and notify your vet immediately if seen. Only a small percentage of pets will have an adverse reaction to these medications. Both medications should be gien after a small meal. You do need to have Zoe seen by a vet to see if there is anything that can be given to her to make her more comfortable. If paying for a vet is an issue, you can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online. There is also an organization called Red Rover that give grants for treatment of sick animals, and you can see if you qualify for one of their grants. As it stands right now veterinarians are unable to prescribe CBD oil for their patients. There is some anecdotal evidence proving its efficacy but not enough research has been done to determine its safety and proper dosing. It never hurts to have an open discussion with your vet about new medications to try. However, I would say if Jasmine is doing well on her current therapy I may be hesitant to change it.
