Why is my dog's C-section scar weeping and blistering 10 weeks later?

The sutures take months to fully dissolve and it may be a reaction associated with the remaining suture. It could also be unrelated and be a bite wound. It seems very inflamed and possibly infected. I would have your vet check it to see if antibiotics are needed and what the cause is

Have her rechecked by your veterinarian. The site should have been fully healed by now unless she has been licking it or overly active. Place an e-collar (cone) on her and restrict activity to just leash walks for elimination until she sees the doctor. A staple, suture or glue may be applied once any infection or trauma has been ruled out by the vet.

This could be a local tissue reaction to the internal sutures. It can happen, and it's good that it's gone down. Keep an eye on it, and if it gets bigger or doesn't go away, have Nova seen by a vet.

The wound appears very superficial in the picture and I would leave it open to the air without dressing. Manuka honey and saline washes once daily may help if it becomes crusted. It is possibly due to a reaction to suture material which although rare can occur (surgical repair is a last resort as healing can be slow!)

This is probably happening due to an allergic reaction to the suture material, it is quite common. these sutures usually dissolve completely within 4-6 weeks, which might be the time it will take to resolve.

Based on the photos you provided, I would highly suspect that this is from a burn (temperature or chemical). If your veterinarian used heating discs, a heating blanket or a heating table during surgery, the temperature may have been too high and could have lead to these burns developing. I've seen this happen at my clinic where a technician used a blow drier to heat up a patient because the temperature was too low on the dog and the dog developed severe burns. I would treat them as burns (antibiotic therapy, pain medications and keeping the area clean) and wait for the scabs to fall off and the tissue to heal. I would seek a second opinion from a dermatologist as well in regards to this and whether or not Laly should be on immunosuppressant drugs for this as it may be a condition in which these are not needed. Again, the location, pattern and appearance have me suspicious of a burn. I hope this helps! The site is inflamed and this may be a tissue reaction, at the site of the previous injury. I would suggest to have it checked as there may be even a piece of suture material still inside. It is difficult to give you more specific advices from the picture as a physical examination would be essential in this case to be able to determine what is going on.
