Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd - miniature | Female | spayed
My female dog has a blood blister with a red ring around it. It’s right where her incision was to be spayed. It’s been a few months since she has been spayed.

Hi,
It could be a reaction where the suture knot is, it takes longer to the knot to dissolve. I would follow up with the vet to confirm. Sometimes the vet can even see and feel the remains of the knot and try to cut it off or consider support with local/systemic antibiotics . Good luck
