My dog has bumpy rashes on face after playing outside. Is it serious?

My dog was playing outside and developed bumpy rashes near her face and I need to know if it's serious

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This looks like it could be due to an allergic reaction. How serious this is depends on what is causing the possible allergic reaction and how it progresses. If this is confirmed on an examination, this is usually treated with anti-histamine medications and corticosteroids and usually responds well to therapy. I recommend that you have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck and have a good night!

    This is probably an allergic reaction, it's pretty common in that area of the body in french bulldogs. you will need to take Peppa to the vet to get it checked and treated, she will need allergy meds and probably antibiotics too. i recommend also checking the skin folds in the face area, these tend to get infected in dogs with allergic reactions such as this one.
