My dog's scratch bled again. What should I put on a dog wound?

  From what I can see in the photo, this looks like a superficial scratch that doesn't go all the say through the skin. If this is the case, it will likely heal fine on its own, just like a minor scratch or scrape on a human child :) You can use a topical antibiotic spray labeled for dogs such as Nutri-Vet or Vetericyn on it for the next few days until it's healed up, if you wish.
  
  Monitor for any redness or swelling of the surrounding tissue, or any drainage from the wound, as these can be signs of infection and would warrant a vet visit for an exam.

  Hi, and thanks for your question.
  This presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria or fungal). A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics or antifungal meds (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem.
  Disinfection can be possibly started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any scratching.
