Hi my dog is bleeding from his penis over 2 weeks now and he also sometimes experience something like a seizure. He gets weak and drifts to fall, his stomach and tail pulls in and he gaggs as if he wants to commit. I also noticed that he vomited a large amount of yellow frothy liquid. Can you please help me with what is the cause of these things?

This could be caused by a variety of problems starting from a lesion on the penis itself (usually infective or traumatic), a urinary tract inflammation/infection, a problem related to the prostate (infection/inflammation and, depending on his age, a tumor could be included in the list).
A check up and further diagnostic tests (urine analysis and possibly ultrasound of the prostate and samples from there) would be useful to understand exactly the underlying cause and decide appropriate treatment.
