my dog was diagnosed with blastomycosis and he developed abscess' under his skin and now the smaller ones are bursting, is this normal? Also he's limping, is this also from the blastomycosis? And can I bathe him with these abscess' bleeding or with dried up blood on his coat.?

Yes having the smaller abscess rupture and drain in normal. It's also ok to bathe Trae with a gentle dog medicated shampoo. I do not think the limping is due to the infection. More likely he has a mild injury and will recover in a few days. Please continue the treatment program your veterinarian gave Trae. If the limping continues and/or the skin areas look worse please take him back in for a recheck. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care Trae.
