Is it safe to give my dog Benadryl if he's on Rimadyl for anxiety?

Use caution. The methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant and has some sedative effects. The Benadryl, as an antihistamines, can be sedating as well. Given together, they may cause extreme lethargy or sedation. Discuss your concerns with your vet prior to administering this combination of medications.

There is no contraindication to giving Deramaxx and diphenhydramine (Benadryl) together. Dogs on Deramaxx should avoid any other non-steroidal anti inflammatory pain medications, corticosteroids like prednisone, and aspirin.

Gabapentin and Benadryl are ok to give at the same time, however you should consult with your vet as your vet knows your dog's history and can assess the necessity/impact of Benadryl on your dog. It is likely that Benadryl in combination with the gabapentin makes your dog sleepy.

It may cause some drowsiness because the temeril-p already has an antihistamine in it but it sounds like that was the goal so no worries! Continue giving the Temeril P as prescribed. There are no contraindications for giving Rimadly when a dog has had acepromazine, so it's fine to to give Denzel Washington. As long as the vet prescribed the Rimadyl for him to take for his chipped nail, you can give it to him :-)

I cannot find any interaction reports for Trazodone with carprofen (Rimadyl), however there are reports that Trazodone has interactions with Ibuprofen, a similar class of NSAID. This reports that either increases toxicity of the other by added drug effects. Check with your veterinarian on whether he recommends giving the two together. There maybe less toxic effect by giving the Rimadyl in the morning and the Trazodone in the evening. However this is for your vet to decide. If you cannot reach your veterinarian I suggest not to give the Trazodone tonight and keep the dog in a room where she is not likely to be bothered much by trick or treaters.
