If I get my dog neutered how long will it take to see a difference in behavior? He"s supposed to get neutered on 8/22/17

Generally it takes about six weeks after neutering for the male hormones to decrease. Depending on the behavior you are asking about I recommend using this time to retrain Nipper in the appropriate way you wish him to act.
