My dog just had puppies, why is she attacking them when they nurse?

Yes. You will need to remove the mother from the puppy. I also recommend to have the mother spayed or to not breed her in the future. Not all dogs make good parents. This could be a serious problem , maybe she is suffering from a condition called milk fever (lack of calcium). you will definitely need to separate the puppies from her then you will need to feed them with a puppy milk replacer every 2-4 hours. Poppy might need to be treated as well for her condition, i recommend taking her to the vet ASAP.

It is best to keep the puppies away at this point so she does not keep doing that. You can start to bottle feed or lay her down and let them nurse under your direct supervision then take them away when they are done so she can’t hurt them

Unfortunately some dogs are poor mothers, and it's not normal that she bites them. The best thing to do is remove the puppies from Frickle to keep them safe, and you will have to bottle feed them yourself so they can survive. I will put a link below on how to raise newborn puppies, but please be aware that it is very time and labor intensive. You need to go out now and get some puppy formula. I recommend KMR, you can get it at a pet store or the grocery store. As for Frickle, I would have her spayed. Please have her assessed by an emergency vet as soon as possible - it looks like she may have painful inflammation and infection known as mastitis which can release toxins both into the milk and into her bloodstream. You will need to handfeed the puppies also (a mixture of mousse textured, high calorie recovery food and warm water or canned puppy food should be ok at 3 weeks)

Yes, if Belle at one of her puppies, I would separate the rest. It could be that puppy was sick and that's why she ate it, or she could be a poor mother. Given the chance that she could be a poor mother, I would not mate her again and have her spayed as soon as her milk has dried up. If the pup wasn’t the runt or injured then I would separate her from the rest. She may be tired of taking care of them, puppies can be very demanding. The pups are old enough to start solid food. I usually mix puppy milk replacer with canned puppy food or moistened puppy dry food. Make it sloppy and use your finger to teach them to lick the food and then eat off of a flat plate.
