My 20 lb dog just ate less than an ounce of wasabi almonds. He has IBD and had acute pancreatitis 5 months ago. Should I contact emergency vet?

While not toxic, almonds are not easily digested and can give your dog an upset stomach and create gastric intestinal distress. I don't think she needs to see a vet but expect that she may have some mild vomiting and/or diarrhea. If she does and the symptoms last longer than 24 hours then she will need to see a vet.
