Is it safe if my dog ate a slice of supreme pizza with onion?

It is unlikely that there was enough onion present to cause a problem, but eating that much pizza will likely cause some gastroenteritis (inflammation of the stomach and intestines) which could lead to vomiting and diarrhea. Pizza is fatty and greasy, and that amount of fat and grease could be enough to trigger pancreatitis. Pancreatitis is extremely painful, very serious, and can be fatal. The toxic dose for onions is 15-30 grams per 1kg body weight. For him, that would be 422-845 grams of onions. The pizza likely did not contain that amount of onions, so I am more worried about the fat and grease. You need to monitor him closely. If Stimpy starts vomiting, becomes anorexia, has a painful abdomen, hunched back, distended abdomen, and/or lethargy, those can be signs of pancreatitis and he has to see a vet immediately.
