Yes, absolutely get her in to your vet right away. Just because you're not seeing blood doesn't mean there isn't more debris in her belly. Since she has vomited debris, there's a good chance there is more in there that may still cause problems as it moves through. Your vet will do an exam, probably x-rays, and based n these results, will be better able to tell you how she's doing and how best to treat her.

It sounds as Dahlia is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an antibiotic course and a special food for a few days in order to get better.

The fiber glass golf club Nova ate could be causing trauma to her GI tract, leading to the blood in her feces. It's important that she sees a vet right away for this. She may need gut protectants to prevent further damage to her GI tract, and any other treatment the vet deems necessary. Please take her into a vet now.

One of the sharp bone ends may have caused irritation or internal injury. Bright, red blood may indicate injury in the colon or lower intestine while dark, tarry stool may indicate bleeding in the stomach or upper intestine. Angel is so cute! I am very concerned that she ate chicken bones and is now having diarrhea with blood in it. This can be a sign of an obstruction and/or trauma to the GI tract, and I would have Angel seen by a vet right away. If these chicken bones have caused an obstruction, it will be fatal without treatment and she would need surgery to repair it. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
